John Maltby
John, a former Wall Street investment manager turned social worker, is the Founder of the New York Housing Resource Center. John created the Housing Navigator program to support people with I/DD who need or want to move to community-based housing to obtain and maintain stable, long-term housing of their choice. He is also the author of the NY Alliance “Housing Resource Guide” and is the parent of a son with disabilities.

Nick Tsang
Nick is the owner and principal of High Line West, a real estate investment company. He serves on the board of Breaking Ground, the largest non-profit developer of supportive housing in New York State. Nick, who has an Autistic brother, is a trained Housing Navigator.

MZ Goodman
MZ has spent her career in leadership roles with high-growth consumer brands such as The New York Times, Glossier and goop. Most recently she was Chief Revenue Officer at charity: water, an innovative non-profit. MZ is the lay leader of UJA-Federation’s Disabilities Committee and sits on that organization’s national board. She is the mother of a son with material learning disabilities.

Peter Cole
Peter is Housing Differences’ liaison to Pendennis, Inc., a 20-year non-profit of which he is the Board Chair. Pendennis’ self-directed, tenant-owned residential model provides the structure and inspiration for Housing Differences. Peter is a member of the NY State Developmental Disabilities Council and is a trained Housing Navigator.
